Only the founder may appoint them, define their scope, or revoke their delegated authority. Agents act within that explicit appointment; they do not appoint themselves or other administrators. Buying GOLD, contributing work, knowing a code, or entering the Vault never grants administrative rights."

      "text": "Friends, partners, and newcomers follow the same published fees, scope, and review standards. Knowing the owner earns no reduced price, queue jump, waived requirement, or automatic approval. An approved contribution earns its agreed treasure through the same review as everyone else; it is an exchange, not a favor."

      "title": "A FOUNDER-TIME SHARE IN EVERY EXCHANGE.",
      "text": "Every exchange allocates a founder-time share equivalent to 30 minutes of Jonathan’s time. The share is valued in GOLD at the published founder hourly rate divided by two. The fixed 30-minute allocation and formula remain the same; the hourly rate and USD conversion are separately versioned pricing terms. Show the founder-time allocation as its own receipt line, separate from the artifact and delivery, for every funding route, including paid GOLD and accepted contributions. Apply the same rate, scope, approval and settlement standards to everyone. Founder time is paid or credited only after the exchange is both approved and settled; pending review or settlement creates no paid or credited founder allocation. The allocation is not a promised live call, appointment, or additional service. It must never be hidden or silently added to a customer’s fee; the published pricing and approved receipt state how it is funded."

      "text": "Every trade requires a complete written receipt: what the Vault received, what the member received, and what remains pending. Record the contribution or verified payment, the selected treasure, the review decision, and the delivery result. Nothing received or awarded goes unrecorded. Corrections add a dated entry; they do not erase the original record."

      "text": "Every treasure states its source, included files, release version and fingerprint, what was actually built or checked, and what remains unverified. Separate observed evidence from interpretation, estimates and proposed benefits. Report readiness only for the recorded release, platform and tested scope; a review or limited check is not proof of broader results. Keep private source records and personal data private unless the authorized owners explicitly approve the specific disclosure. The public offer and delivered guide must agree on scope and remaining requirements."

      "title": "NAME THE MAKER. CARRY THE PERMISSION.",
      "text": "Record the named creator or rights holder and the permission covering each contributed or delivered artifact. Permission to inspect or privately analyze a source does not grant redistribution, resale or ownership of it. Use, adapt, share, publish or sell only within the rights granted for that material and release, retaining copyright and applicable third-party notices. Ownership transfers require their own explicit terms; an accepted contribution or gift does not by itself assign personal work to BioInfo Solutions, LLC. Founder-approved tester gifts may carry a separate retained grant from their named rights holders. Record the applicable license or gift-permission edition with the handoff. No such grant creates administrative authority or rights in private records, provider accounts or another person's work."
