BIOINFO AI — PERMISSION FOR APPROVED TESTER GIFTS

This edition retains both grantors: Jonathan Rapisarda and BioInfo Solutions,
LLC, each for the original material they own. It extends the exact release
coverage of Edition 2 to the twelve packages below. It preserves the earlier
benefits without assuming that Jonathan's personal work has been assigned to
the company. Editions 1 and 2 remain available unchanged at
/vault/tester-gift-permission-v1.txt and /vault/tester-gift-permission-v2.txt.

If you legitimately receive a covered package through a founder-approved
Studio Vault tester key, these grantors give you permission to use, copy,
modify, publish, share, distribute and sell their covered original material,
for personal or business purposes, without an additional licensing fee. You
may pass these permissions along with that material. Keep its original
copyright notices and this permission with copies of the work.

This edition also covers the exact releases below already legitimately
received through an approved tester key. It does not require another key or
redownload. Capture Desk's bundled copyright notice names Jonathan Rapisarda;
this grant includes his original material in that covered release.

For that covered original material, this written founder permission replaces
bundled limits on one person, one learner, one Mac, private use, redistribution
or resale. Other setup instructions and the supplied as-is/support scope still
apply. Existing paid offers keep their separately stated terms.

You do not owe us a review, testimonial, referral, public mention or promotional
post. Feedback is welcome when you have something useful to tell us.

This permission covers only original material owned by the named grantors in
the exact releases below. Other people's material, linked documentation and
third-party software retain their own rights and notices. Private source
repositories, personal records, provider accounts and The Decision Forge are
outside this gift. Permission to privately inspect or analyze another source
does not release that source or transfer its ownership.

The key still delivers one selected ZIP once. Saving the gift lets you reuse
its covered original material under this permission; it does not provide
another server download, Vault administration, another key, GOLD, human
