Name one problem
Identify the task, the person using the result, and the information the work needs.
A collection in preparation
A clearer decision. A more useful Mac. A small tool that does one job well.
BioInfo AI is preparing focused technology services that connect a real problem to a defined deliverable—and a handoff you can understand.

Human-led. AI-assisted. Remote across the United States.
Small enough to define. Useful enough to matter.
Useful technology begins with a question someone can answer and a result someone can check.
Identify the task, the person using the result, and the information the work needs.
Define the deliverable, the limits, and what a useful result should do before work begins.
Review the result against the agreed scope and explain how to use it, with known limits in writing.
The planned collection
Seven focused packages from 100–1,500 USD, plus two larger engagements for business decision work. Every package below is in preparation and open to inquiries about fit.
9 planned services

100 USD
One recurring business decision, organized into one useful page.
One consolidated review within the original direction and agreed scope, followed by a written handoff.

250 USD
One exploratory visual direction for a small business offer.
One consolidated review within the original direction and agreed scope, followed by a written handoff.

1,000 USD

The agreed approach preserves original files and is checked against representative, non-sensitive examples.

250 USD
A clearer place to find your everyday Mac tools and local files.
One consolidated review within the original direction and agreed scope, followed by a written handoff.
You enter your own passwords and grant any needed access. Existing accounts and working applications stay in place.

350 USD
Understand one completed Galaxy-to-Mac backup and its recovery path.
One consolidated review within the original direction and agreed scope, followed by a written handoff.

500 USD
An offline album for the photographs and true stories a family wants to keep close.
One consolidated review within the original direction and agreed scope, followed by a written handoff.
Your family supplies the material and checks names, facts, and wording before handoff.

1,500 USD
An offline Android form-and-history prototype with local storage and CSV export.
One consolidated review within the original direction and agreed scope, followed by a written handoff.
Orders open after the template rehearsal and physical-phone trial pass.

15,000 USD
Define one costly operational decision before committing to prototype work.
Review rounds, acceptance checkpoints, and payment milestones are defined in the written scope.
If a diagnostic converts to the 30,000 USD Decision Forge engagement, its 15,000 USD fee is credited toward that total, leaving 15,000 USD. Conversion terms are agreed in writing.

30,000 USD
Turn the knowledge behind one costly decision into a prototype your team can test.
Review rounds, acceptance checkpoints, and payment milestones are defined in the written scope.
Proposed payment milestones are 15,000 USD to begin, 9,000 USD at working prototype review, and 6,000 USD at final handoff. The start date, milestones, and schedule are agreed in the written scope before payment.

Fees describe the planned scope. An inquiry does not reserve a start date. For larger decision work, ask about a complimentary 30-minute Decision Fit Consultation; the engagement itself is paid.
The person behind the work
Jonathan Founder, BioInfo AI
I’m Jonathan. I’m building BioInfo AI around a simple idea: technology should leave you with something useful and a clear understanding of what comes next.
I lead the requirements, architecture, priorities, and acceptance decisions. That means choosing the problem, making tradeoffs, setting boundaries, and deciding what a useful result needs to do. AI contributes substantially to research, implementation, interface design, and testing. I direct that work, review the results, and remain responsible for the offer and its handoff.
My personal builds and prototypes show the range of that work. Rosie explores local AI, family-reviewed stories, and browser experiences for sharing them. Astra Stride explores offline Android walking tools. Astra Aura explores on-device camera art. Mac Work Kit brings existing applications, folders, shortcuts, and guidance together on a working Mac.
Those projects connect requirements and data to interfaces, device behavior, error handling, testing, deployment preparation, and documentation. A useful interface needs more than a good first impression. It also needs understandable controls, sensible behavior when something fails, and instructions that survive the handoff.
The project notes below distinguish personal work from client delivery, and tested behavior from work that still needs a trial. These examples inform the practice; they are not claims of completed client engagements or measured business returns.
I am preparing a collection of focused services with that same care for scope. Some organize a decision or a workstation. Others explore a visual direction, preserve supplied stories, or turn one repeated task into a small tool. Larger engagements examine the knowledge behind an important business decision.
We start by discussing fit. Before any payment, we agree on the problem, deliverable, boundaries, review opportunity, and schedule. The aim is work you can understand, assess, and use.
Notes from the workshop
Four personal builds and prototypes behind the practice.
Personal prototype · local AI and family stories
Explores local AI, family-reviewed stories, and a browser experience for sharing them. Reviewed content and software testing inform the work.
Personal Android app · offline walking tools
An offline Android walking app with step and altitude capabilities, local history, and CSV export. The project explores keeping everyday activity tools and their data on the device.
Camera-art prototype · emulator-tested
On-device portrait segmentation, original color treatments, and locally saved art cards. Camera and capture flows have been checked in an emulator. The effects are artistic, not health measurements.
Personal setup · used on a working Mac
Existing applications, local folders, shortcuts, and practical written guidance organized into one place to begin. This working personal setup informs the planned one-Mac service.
